I have been working at a coding company for about 3-4 months and there is a girl who works as HR.
I think she knows I like her because she has asked me 3 times why I get nervous around her. She has also asked me if I have a girlfriend, and has also asked me if I have a crush on someone in our company.
Then later all of us went eating somewhere outside and both of us were alone outside the restaurant. She grabbed my arm and pulled towards her and put her hand on my abdomen. I leaned back because I got nervous and she put her hand again there.
The next few days she has started eating lunch with me in the kitchen. I always eat alone and she comes there too, while the rest of the employees go out. She will initiate convos, say hi, ask me how i am, ask where i graduated from, and hobbies.
i can't tell if she is interested or just being friendly.

Dude ask her out. Anytime a woman breaks the 1-2 foot rule she is definitely interested. To make it even more apparent she touched your stomach which is just one short movement from putting her hands down your pants.
Chat her up for 5 days and ask her out if she’s not crazy and you enjoy conversations. Good luck.
I’m not sure why she touched me there if i don’t even know her. We aren’t even friends.
