If I was already in a relationship, I'd thank them and tell them I was flattered and already in a relationship.

If I wasn't in a relationship, I'd probably go on a date. A first walk up and number exchange isn't enough time to know I'm not interested.

If I don't know the person that well, I'd say yes. Because she might be interesting, and I'd start feeling the attraction.
If I know her well, I'd probably be flattered and say no. Because, if I know her well, and am still not attracted to her, we probably wouldn't end up together. But, there's still a slight chance we would.

I will be honest. That includes saying why and also setting up boundaries. I've had my share of rejections and the ones that really bothered me was when someone offers friendship but doesn't mean it. It fcking sucks because now I feel like im unwanted. I prefer it if you just ripped the scab and be done with it. And im sure there are others like me who prefers it
