As a friend? Certainly. If i wasn't attracted to them and they kept hitting on me and they weren't a friend, I'd block them rather than tell them they're ugly to me and that I wouldn't touch them sexually in a million years, if they were the last man in the universe. If they were a friend, I'd gently tell them I think of them as a brother.
