They often don't prioritize a relationship in their 20s and in their 30s when they want a partner to have a family with, the good guys aren't interested. Plus, if they took out student loans for a degree and have only worked for a few years, if she had kids and quit work, the guy would be stuck paying those loans. Nobody reasonable wants that.
Realistically, women that want a career and kids should first find a good mate, then when having kids, do online college courses. She would be finished by the time the kids are school age and then she could have kids and a career, but most don't think of that and try to do things backwards which often fails.
They know the planet is overpopulated and so don't wish to add to the problem
Often busier professional lives, careers to pursue, no time for kids
