Do Many men only Commit to very accomplished Women with high Status in Society?

My crush seems to only crush on women who Are Tall, skinny and athletic. The People He hangs out with Are all high achievers in Some area, for instance academia, Sports, Art, Music etc.

Could this be a coincidence or do men Really Care about this? I would like to approach him but I am afraid that I‘m Not accomplished enough for him

You associate and want to be around people who are similar to you and are worth your time.

So if he himself is high achieving, in shape, has a good education and what not, he will probably want a woman similar to him like that. Doesn't mean you shouldn't try. Go for it. Worse thing that can happen is you get turned down, but you don't have to worry about not regretting a chance at all.

I am in Good Shape, well educated etc but I‘m Not gifted in any way. He oftentimes Stares or Glances at me but I think He Tries to Play Games with me Because He knows I like him and Feels flattered but does Not Want to be associated with a loser like me

First women who are well educated, and highly successful (I'm not sure what that means: probably that they have a higher status and/or more highly paid job), get married more than any other group of women. I think this information only applies to women in the US, and/or only to Western women.

If you like the guy, then DEFINITELY, go up to him, and tell him. Guys are generally pretty clueless in this area, and all the "signals" you are sending him may easily not be noticed at all.

That's a pretty common thing, yeah. Men are attracted to accomplished, high-status women, but it's not by virtue of their achievement, it's the personality traits associated with high achievement.
