Every online and offline option to find a mentally compatible girlfriend has been a complete failure, what do I do now?

Offline the pool of compatible women near me is zero, and I can't move.

Online I can't find a match in the united states, I've been looking daily for years and the matches are always in southeast Asia or the English speaking parts of Europe, especially China, South Korea, and even more so in Japan, which seem to have women with my personality, interests, and hobbies in droves, or at least more of them using online dating.

I've never been the most (stereotypically) "American" minded person, but I find it very hard to believe I'm that alone here.

Intellectual (science, nature, building things)
Geek (sci-fi, fantasy, anime)
Gamer (non casual)
Atheist
High work ethic in terms of quality

These traits together are either stupidly rare in American women, or I waited to long, or there is some better place, online or off, that I'm not aware of to meet these women.

Any ideas to find exactly what I'm looking for are welcome. And because I already know people will be asking what I prefer physically, I prefer the "cute" look over the "sophisticated" look.

There are no local groups or clubs that align with my interests in my area. There are no events or conventions that cater to my hobbies in my area, there are no causes I want to volunteer for in my area either.

I'm unable to travel long distances frequently, and I've tried niche sites already, women within my age group don't use them.

Online groups, social media, forums, gaming lobbies, and other gatherings of likeminded people, always only have US women in them that are half my age.

This is what I mean by both online and offline are failures.
