Someone more extroverted than me, but not overly so.
If they're more introverted than me, I would end up never going out or they would decline to come out with me, and that doesn't sound so great to me.

Depends on how you mean the terms:
In the proper sense, definitely introvert.
In the way that the words are often (incorrectly) used, an extrovert.
