What do you think of quiet and introverted people?

I am one myself, so my perception of other introverts is the perception I hope that everyone has of me, which is that they are considerate of not taking up too much space, being careful not to talk when people are working, and that they hope that people will come to them if they want to talk. I hate it when everyone including fellow introverts assume that introverts don't want to talk to others. Introverts are simply extremely careful not to interrupt others' train of thought.

M like introverted, but wish I was extroverted. In a new group of people I'll be mostly quite and listen. I get afraid I may offend people. Or just say the wrong thing. In just not sure how to talk to strangers. How to connect with people. Wish my charisma was at par. I open up way more with my closets friends. Or maybe some one I feel very comfortable around, if possible.
