Absolutely they do, but its not guaranteed; I met my wife on tinder, we started as a friends with benefits but grew to love each other.

It was just a mutual thing, we lost interest in others and spent more time with each other doing things that weren't each other. Lol it was organic, honest, and awesome.

This has happened to me 3 times with 3 different guys ending up wanting more then friends with benefits. so it can definitely happen. It’s super annoying when made clear at the start though that you don’t want a relationship but some guys definitely end up catching the feels.
