It always boils down to mental, even for women. If you think about it, most women today are half naked online, meanwhile those women rarely end up in happy long lasting relationships. The reason is that men inherently know that certain behavior is a strong indicator of a womans capacity to be loyal in a long term relationship. I think women often equate their physical attraction to how valued they are by men, which often just leads them to being used for their physical attraction alone, and then bitter at the realization that men can enjoy physical attraction, but only truly value it when its in combination of a moral compass, self awareness, and a feminine essence.

If you have good intentions and strong ethics your soul will shine through and people will see it.

Mental qualities such as taking accountability for your own actions, being able to reflect on things and have good self-awareness, as well as good empathy and having the drive to improve yourself as a human being, knowing what is good for you and what is not, can make a big difference because often people don't know these things. Everyone has problems, but when you can identify and dissect yours is when you get ahead of everyone else around you.
