So there’s this coworker of mine I like, I’ve known him since November of 2022 but only recently we really started connecting more and knowing one another. I’m 24 but I do turn 25 this year in the fall. I’d say overall I’m pretty mature for my age and I’d like something long term. We joke together, have fun with our work tasks, and compliment each other. He’s told me before I look younger than 24, he’s also waited for me to take his break till I take mine,& he always tries to grab my attention. He has a good sense of humor I really admire but I don’t wanna push this too fast but I’d like to see where it goes. Would he think I’m too young since I’m 24?
It is just 5 to 6 years so everything is OK.
Don't think to much about the age difference. You two get along good and have fun. So just keep it going the way you already do.

24-25 is not too young for most men in their mid 30's.
Speaking personally, my dating pool is 23-29. It's honestly where I feel the ages best align based on where people are in their lives. Sexual, social, and economical viability for men and women don't progress evenly.
If you are happy with it, then sod what other people think. It is nothing to do with them.

You are not too young for him, simple. I am 35 and prefer women below 25 so don't worry about it.
Yeah, he probably thinks you're too young. But maybe you can change his mind! Just keep getting to know him more and I suspect that he will eventually warm up to you.
It's totally fine.
Age is just a number.
