The guy then was like I am too laid back for her and then cuddles with me later, what does this mean. If he liked me I would think he would not even say anything about women on the screen while we watched tv. I dont get it. Guys help me out please.
If one examines this deeper then it will be uncomfortable. If i had more of a context then I could probably do better, however, I believe one point is evident. If you ever behave like that "crazy white witch girl" then he is out of this relationship.
They call this racism in some circles and something else in psychological world, however, the Business world likes to use the term "microagressions". It is almost passive aggressive behavior in that this verbal outburst communicates hostile, derogatory, and negative racial insults to the target group person (that's you). He was threatening you in a roundabout way. I can't wait to see what straightforward is.
What would happen to an individual if he expressed the same comment except it was "I'll never date that crazy black witch girl"
He was talking to you, "Karen".

Crazy can mean different things so it's hard to say without knowing the character. If she was going to clubs partying maybe he wanted you to know he doesn't like that scene but didn't want to sound boring either. If she was flirting with a bunch of guys maybe he was telling you he doesn't like his girlfriend doing that and would rather have someone very faithful. I don't think you should automatically assume there's something negative about his behavior.
What’s the show? For reference.
