Is driving a car easy or difficult?

It is easy if you focus on driving and not be distracted and follow 100% of all the laws.

Most people say they are good drivers but most people are criminals and don't follow the laws 100%.

If you don't follow them 100% you are a bad driver. This includes not using your signal and speeding. Do either of those, your a terrible driver. If you text and drive, even worse.

That said, how many drivers find it easy and are good at the same time by following all the laws all the time?

It is fairly difficult to learn but once you have built muscle memory etc it is easy enough to do a half reasonable job of it but perfection will forever escape you regardless of how you apply yourself.

Easy, but a lot of instinctual things come with experience. I avoid a lot of accidents that would have happened when I was 16 just because I can better tell when another driver is being an idiot.

Standard transmissions are harder than automatic. Always learn standard first. Helps you multitask.
