Does he respect his girlfriend if he makes “jokes” like this to a female friend in front of her?

He says “My dating Sarah is a white lie” 😉 and he winked at me, a girl he rejected previously, but who he would flirt with quite a bit and stare at and tease in the past. That night he even would make excuses to walk past me at the bar staring into my eyes, or look at my breasts when her head was turned. Apparently they “joke” about cheating all the time but even so saying this in front of a group is disrespectful given that the rest of us are not in on the joke and it makes her look like she has no self esteem to stay with a guy like that. Thoughts?
