Is it cruel for a man who knows his female friend likes him to continue flirting with her even while he has a girlfriend?

Ie. He stares at her intensely when he sees her, he does things to get her attention, he stares at her breasts etc. I mean if he wanted to be just friends then behave like one and don’t blur the lines right? This isn’t some random female. He’s known her for a year.

What’s cruel is that you know he’s taken but you still engage if he flirts. You’ve already posted about this, acting like a victim or something when you can control this narrative. All you have to do is keep it casual but you enjoy it too much. It’s sad for women like you to do this yet if he were your boyfriend you’d want another woman to respect your relationship. Smh.

I told him months ago. But ultimately he went out with another girl in our circle but he still stares whenever he gets the chance or checks me out or doing things to get my attention..

Also, if you feel his behavior is so cruel and wrong then tell the man. He does what he thinks you’re fine with, he’s not an idiot he wouldn’t engage if he felt you were uncomfortable or dislike it. He wouldn’t risk his job or sexual harassment accusations. You play a role in this too whether you want to admit it or not, and it’s been going on for a long time. So If you enjoy the attention then be real with yourself about it.

It is not him that looks bad. It is you enabling the flirting and not putting an end to the affair. He is no better but your awareness puts you in a position of fault as you should say, "stop or I will tell your girlfriend."
