You could start by asking him his preferences "What would you like me to wear? Is there anything you particularly like?" Offer to perform other services when it's reasonable. If his shoe is untied, offer to tie it. Or just tell him in an intimate moment "Just so you know, I am quite happy to be told what to do -- what to wear, how to wear my hair, whatever pleases you." If he's not turned on by that, then he's not the man for you. I'm turned on just by the thought of it.
