How do you trust women?

I had abusive parents. They had marital problems and I was their punching bag. Spend years tolerating beatings, abuse, starvation, and much more than most people can ever imagine, not allowed to talk to girls or even go nearby them, they were also religious.

In college many have taken advantage of my helping nature, doing their homework or projects for them as I thought they will be my friends at least. I didn't have any before. But I got to know they were just using me and laughing at my back.

I am in grad school now but it's very hard for me to become friends or ask someone on a date. Basically, I have never seen a good girl in my whole life, or maybe they only behave well with other guys.

I don't know that there is an easy answers, especially these days. Modern women have lost most of their credibility in the "trust" department, unfortunately. I would say "trust but verify", but this can make you crazy. You can date but simply have very little in expectations from the woman. This mentality has helped me a lot with women, I just don't expect much from them. Women come and women go, just make sure you DO NOT play the part of Capt. Save-A-Hoe and get involved with a single mother. These cancerous women have made many mistakes and now want a simp to pay for it all. These women are amazing actors and can make you believe almost anything... until you are dumb enough to put a ring on it. Just don't.
