It depends on the guy. Sometimes I do nothing and sometimes I drop hints and express interest. But I let him initiate the phone exchange and relationship. I might hint I’m attracted to him or I might do nothing at all. On dates, I try to find a place that is affordable for my budget just in case he changes his mind about paying.

Depends on the situation. If I'm getting positive signals from the guy I won't have issues approaching him or asking him out. If I'm getting mixed signals I'll wait for him to make a move. If I'm not getting any signals I try to move on. It also heavily depends on context of relationship with him.
