My boyfriend said I’m the best and worst girlfriend he’s had and he said he didn’t mean it in a bad way but I’ve been depressed ever since he said it and I can’t get it out of my mind. I do overthink a lot and can be annoying so that’s probably why I’m the worst but I still feel so offended.

He just finds me annoying and dramatic basically, I got upset when he said it and he said well he did say great too and I’m only taking the bad but it’s hard not to take personal and now I feel depressed, I haven’t really spoke much to him since then and we live together

I totally understand that. I would be depressed too if the person who said they loved me called me the worst. I would probably leave but it's your call if you want to try and talk to him first.

I’ve told him I’m depressed and he hasn’t really said much, in a way I agree with him I know I can be annoying but to know I’m the worst and I’m his longest girlfriend doesn’t feel good..

It sounds like you are being too hard on yourself. Either way. He should be on your team and give you compliments not backhanded insults. You will probably have better chemistry with someone else.
