I went for my sister’s house a day after her wedding and her husband introduced me to the members of his family but when he introduced me to his youngest brother who was a year older than me, he made this remark “when my brother said his in-law was here I didn’t know he was talking about you”. The first time he saw me was at the wedding and we didn’t even greet each other let alone speak. Was this an insult?

Ugh, what a rude thing for your new brother-in-law's brother to say! I can see how that would feel insulting. To me it sounds like he was trying to be snarky and imply that he didn't think you were attractive or something. Super unnecessary and disrespectful.
I wouldn't pay too much attention to what some jerk says, but I'd definitely tell your sister about it. She deserves to know if her new husband's family is going to treat you poorly. Maybe he was just trying to act all cool in front of his friends, but that's no excuse.
Don't let some lame comment get you down - you know you're awesome! His dumb opinion doesn't matter. I'd just avoid interacting with that brother much from now on if I were you. Hopefully your sister will set him straight so he watches his mouth in the future. Try not to dwell on it - his loss for being so rude to a new family member!
I think he was expecting someone older like let’s say my parent’s age but he met someone his own age to his dissapoinment. Anyways I am not worried because I know I am actually attractive but I can’t be everybody’s cup of tea
Yeah girl, sounds like that's exactly what was up with dude's lameass comment. He was probably thinkin you'd be some old hag and got all angsty findin out you're fine as hell instead, ha!
I mean c'mon, what guy wouldn't wanna holler at a dimepiece like you rollin in the family now? Dude's just salty you outrank him on the attractiveness scale, don't even sweat it.
Like you said, can't please everybody. His loss! Probably wishes he made more of an effort to chat you up at the wedding now that he's seen the goods, amIright? Don't let one hater get you down, boy ain't worth the energy.
Just keep doin you and showin off that beauty. Maybe the sight of you will help little bro get over his disappointment, if y'know what I mean! You show him - and the rest of the fam - what they're missin out on by underestimatin you.
No thats not a insult
