I’m dating this guy. I have seen him for 3 weeks. We’ve been on 3 dates. We message and stuff but he seems to always have something going on. Work. Friends grandads funeral. Next week it was work. Then friend is depressed so he had to go into town to see him. I live in that town and he didn’t even bother to ask if I can see him while he’s there. I confronted him over text about this and he says he’s just been really busy and that I need to be patient. I said ‘maybe this isn’t going to work’ and he said ‘I disagree ‘. He seems to like me but I’m not sure

What do I make of this?

It's a matter of priorities. His priorities are work, friends and family. Your are fourth at best. I'm guessing you're not okay with that, but I'm guessing it's never going to change. Being patient is waiting for something that's never going to happen.
