As far as being stuck up, that's a defense mechanism.
It feels great to get attention, but not to the point where it's all the damn time, and you just want to be left alone, but have to deal with a bunch of nasty, thirsty guys trying to flirt with you (probably in a bad way), then get all mad because you rejected them.

Not all hot girls are like that, but, I am sure some of them are sick and tired of guys hitting on them for sex with little to no effort to get to know them.

It would be pretty discouraging being hounded all the time for the wrong reasons.

That being said, if she is just a bitch and believes she is higher than everyone else, then she's got entitlement issues and it is likely best not to know her.
