Now, I don't care about which profession a partner has. It's more important to me that they like their job and that they can financially support themselves.
But here are my thoughts :
Definitely not a politician. No way, that's not the type of person for me, it's manipulation and dishonest way in most cases and I won't trust them. Oh and it can be extremely time consuming and stressful job, which isn't the best for his health.
Office worker can be anything. Do be mindful what type, like is it being a seller that scams people? Or is it soulsucking that just takes away all his happiness and spark in life?
Public service and Pilot I would be very worried and scared for his safety every time he got to work. But as long as he loved it and wasn't a dirty cop or something, then that's what's important. I would just worry a lot and remind him to be safe all the time.
Musician.. we wouldn't have a lot to talk about. And if he was someone who was big. He would be a lot away for tours and whatnot, which isn't really optimal and then depending in the kind he is, I would worry if he partied all the time and if he would cheat etc. But again, I would not be with that type of person who would, but it's my thoughts when answering this question.
I have never based dates on professions but if this is all the info I had to choose from - I'd give any a chance EXCEPT the politician and I say that with extreme prejudice.
Politician - hell no.
Public service - yeah like an EMT or a nurse or doctor
Pilot - generally, anything in the aviation business that's in the air is a lot of travel, I don't think I could handle it really
Office worker - yeah
Mechanic - yeah
Musician - depends it might entail the same as the aviation, at least during tours, unless she's doing it through Patreon or some other online platform
I didn't notice the girls part until after I wrote and feel like posting anyway. Next time for a gender specific question, make it answerable by that gender only.

It's of course ridiculous to make a decision based on this but if I were to play along, mechanic would be good at fixing things, which sounds very useful around the house.
Musician. At least we would have something to talk about.
I said musician because I love music. It's a big passion of mines but if I can't have that then at least a guy who loves music as much as I do will do just as fine.
