What's the difference dating in your 20's to 30's what changes? How does dating older changes for guy's?

People are more older so they have a lot more baggage. When you're young you're basically on the same level. At 30 you have differing incomes and education. And I'm sorry but this is a factor with most women. At 30 you have 2 types of women. 1. The very picky and uncompromising ( by this age women have generally made many mistakes. And they're adamant about not making another. And 2. The women with so much baggage (kids, debt etc.) That they have to not be picky and must compromise if they want ANY guy to date them.

Yeah it's funny because when I was young I didn't think I had many options but I had my fair share. I just wasn't very assertive. Now it's either feast or famine. Either women ask me out or women won't even talk to me. This is why I laugh when women complain about guys not even trying when a woman is 30 or 40. But the reality is by this age we know when we're wasting our time with certain women.😆 of course we're going to choose the path of least resistance.
