I have been dming with this guy from the college I'm going to go to and he seems really into me. How do I keep him interested without being desperate?

He requested to follow me after I just followed him in insta (I have a private account and his is public) and he has been making the conversation not end for like 3 days! He also said "we should absolutely hit the gym together" and that "we should definitely meet up at the open house" out college is going to have in about a week. What should I do until we meet up and what should I do when I meet him? How should I act to seem interested in him but not too desperate or too not interested?

Since you haven't even met him, don't let your heart get ahead of yourself. Just let him know you want to learn all you can about the college and college experience. Ask him how his experience differed from his expectations. Ask him how you can prepare for the experience and any suggestions he may have as to what to bring with you. Let him know you're looking forward to getting to know him, once you get there, so you won't feel all alone with no friends.
