I don't know. I guess because you're pretty, they assume that you have guys standing in line to date you.
Or maybe they just have low self esteem and are afraid that they aren't up to your standards.

I don't know why a guy would care if you're single as long as you aren't married. You're allowed to move on from a boyfriend if you want to.

Most of the guys who would care are those who don't want a woman who has ever had sex before. They think she is "used goods" or impure or some such nonsense.

I never had a girlfriend who didn't have an ex or a current boyfriend before we met. So it's hard to imagine a pretty girl not having a boyfriend or having been in a relationship before.

Of course, it is quite possible that you have been fine with being single for a while. In addition it is not always easy to weed out the jerks while finding a goid man. So a pretty woman may well decide to stay single.
