I was at the gym. And I noticed this girl who was with her boyfriend kept looking back at me and smiling. Even went out of her way to find me. I just felt so bad for the guy….

Not only is it plain bad, you could become a target for any jealous guy near her.
In high school when a was trying to throw a pen to a classmate it hit a girl in the head. I said sorry and later bought her some candy as an apology. Very soon after that, two guys she hung out with hit me. One kicked me in the back when I was tying my shoe and one punched me in the back. These guys totally ignored me for years until then. And this was just high school remember. At college age and above these guys could sucker punch you , stab you, jump you with their friends, or shoot you.

If she's willing to cheat on him, what will stop her from cheating on YOU? Don't bother with people like this. Girls like this are NOT girlfriend material. At all. If she's flirting with other guys while she's with her boyfriend, she clearly can't be trusted. She needs to grow up and understand that when you're in a relationship, you don't flirt with others. You stay committed to your partner. If it isn't working out, you end your current relationship before you go looking for someone new.
