Do you mean she is a feminist? The believes in the patriarchy, that men have been conspiring for centuries to oppress women? Is she a career woman and thinks that her career should be her number one priority in life? Does she look down and have disdain for all traditional female qualities and thinks women who want to take care of a family or to stop working when kids are born and those who prioritize marriage and family are dumb and fools and oppressed and slaves? Does she think women should be sexually "liberated" and that all women should "explore their sexuality" so that any chump... I mean future husband will be her 30th lover after she's had a hoe phase full of casual sex, one night stands, going home with strangers from clubs and bars and her emotional wiring is now all fried and her truly being bonded to you and in love for life is shot?

If any of these apply to the women you are possibly dating, I'd say yes and to flee.

It all boils down to what "socially progressive" means for you.
