I don’t chase anyone. I will pursue someone that I like enough to think I want to be with. But if she doesn’t show interest or isn’t into me. I usually just loose interest and figure she isn’t into me.

Asker. I really don’t know… there are guys who will chase women until their wheels fall off that clearly aren’t into them and will never be into them. Even past the point they’re married.

If someone isn’t into you. Like just move on. I can’t read minds Asker. There could be a lot of reasons. One is being a stalker and he’s obsessed. It could be any number of thing s.

Asker I really just don’t know….. That’s why if someone isn’t into me. I move on. Why should I or anyone want to be with someone who doesn’t even like you in the first place?

Yea it’s lame that’s for sure. I figure if I have made my move and someone is genuinely interested. She’ll come around.

I know men do that to win someone's love or because they were taught to. Doesn't always necessarily mean love bombing but that's fair. And you're right people who play games should just get left

You’re right. I’m not out to “win” someone’s love. Either someone is interested in me or they’re not. I feel like it isn’t even genuine myself sometimes when people do that.

There’s people who are interested in me who will show the same effort I put in. So why waste my time with them?

Another thing is that. Many people begin to change who they are. It’s not genuine when you’re pretending to be someone you’re not.

What’s rare? There is people out there who unfortunately change who they are for someoe else. Then they become miserable. Because they can’t ever break character.

It’s a thing that both men and women do and it’s sad to see people do so much for someone who makes them miserable

If we connect on even a superficial level, she's shown me that her presence betters me in some way when she's around. If it's not going to work out, she at least earned that. It's like an endurance race. DFL (Dead F'ing Last) beats DNF (Did Not Finish) and both beat DNS (Did Not Start). Leave her better psychologically, with a better understanding of how men work (real ones at least), more capable of understanding how to empower herself and utilize her strengths as a force multiplier, primed for future conflicts life throws her way. If she's NOT bunny-boiling crazy then I can provide that mentorship down the road and only be a phone call away. That seems a much better use of my time (and hers) than playing chase and hide games.

You should be willing to put at least half that level of dedication into every major thing you do. If you're not, that thing isn't worth your time, and it isn't that major. Always have a major thing in your life and you'll never be empty.
