Thank goodness I have never been in that situation and I am doing everything I can for that possibility never to happen.

I don't date because I am not interested in dating and with that kind of state of mind, I don't take any risks to have a broken relationship. I am aware that in my age group, relations tend to be very ephemeral and mainly men really want only one thing from women. I am not interested in that "thing" and to protect myself, I simply avoid dating.

When I read here on GaG how many people have had failed relationships, I congratulate myself on my decision because it seems that 8 out of 10 relationships fail.

Furthermore, I have my education that takes the best of my time and I don't want to lose my concentration just because of someone that will want so much attention. I am not willing to jeopardize my education in favor of something that is destined to fail.

Nope, but I haven’t had that many relationships. The only time that I can say I’ve been broken up with by someone, it was mutual.

He had to move away. So, it was a situation that we couldn’t continue. We both decided that it was in our best interest to move on.

It was really hard to do, but it was the right decision. I do not regret it. While he was a wonderful guy, I have since met an even more wonderful man that I have married. Things just work out in life.

It may not seem like they will, but they do. I cannot see myself ever being broke up with moving forward. I’m in a very, very good marriage.
