Did I handle this rejection alright?

I asked a girl who I've known for a few weeks out on a date one night at a dance. She said yes and then I texted her the next day and this was the conversation:

Me: Hey is this ******? This is *******!

Her: Hey, yeah this is her!

Her: Also I totally told you wrong, I do work Saturday and then I have an appointment after at 3 :/

Me: Okay, no worries. Are you available later in the day? Perhaps in the evening?

Her: I'm not sure 🤔. Also to be honest, I am not interested much in dating!! There's someone else I am talking to and I don't want to lead anyone on.

Me: Alright, no problem. Thanks for letting me know!

Her: *liked message*

Her: Sorry for not telling you sooner

Me: It's ok, see you around!

Should I have said anything else or was it good what I said? Also if you could add, any insight on her rejection would be useful to have.
