  Ok so, A cute guy came into my job. My manager (he’s gay) and I were looking at him. He told me the guy would be cute for me, and I said, “I know, right.” My manager offered to ask him if he was single. I rang him up—he was really nice. My manager called him over and asked if he was seeing anyone. He winked towards me, the guy smiled at me, and I walked away. He said he wasn’t seeing anyone. My manager got excited for me and ran after him outside to ask for his number, and the guy said he didn’t have a phone, lol. It honestly felt like he was rejecting me.

  Go silent for a day or two. Then randomly catch up with him in public areas in office. Or over lunch etc. Talk randomly and see if he is weirded out or not. If not, start from scratch
