Well, the number one thing I'm looking for in a girlfriend is whether she's compatible with me. What you mentioned tells me nothing about her interests and not much about her values. And I definitely won't waste time on a woman with narrowly defined dating preferences I don't fit.
If a guy wants to date a very attractive woman, he should realize that she's almost certainly going to be picky as hell, so you better be a '9' or a '10' if you expect to be successful with her. That's why I just focus on spending money on her and kissing her ass, without any expectation of getting any pussy:)

Depends on what she's looking for. Everybody is entitled to their preferences. If hers are normal and appropriate for what she can pull, sure. I don't think I understand the issue.
It actually turns me off as well, it gives the vibe that they are picky and judgmental, I would believe that they find one thing they don't like and they will leave, if just doesn't seem worth it

No. It is fine to have preferences, but I just find excluding people based upon certain things distasteful and pretty much know that she and I will not get along.
