Should I try and ask out my coworker?

So I’ve been getting to know this cute coworker at my job. We work in two different departments so I barely see her during the week. The only time I see her on the regular is when I come back from break and she greets and smile at me and we talk for a bit before I clock back into work. Recently I went to her office just to talk and to get to know her more personally. It was a really great convo about what she likes and don’t like and the whole time she was smiling and laughing. Question is should I continue to visit her office every now and then to get to know her more or just ask her if we could go out on the weekend?
