If you are religious, would you date an atheist?

I am but depends what that means. My wife doesn't select a religion but she has exposure to Christianity, accepts the wisdoms of it and songs and accepts and supports me. So it works. That's not athiest, but in essence, probably is.

Other people may be very difficult if they are head strong and who needs the stress...

I'm not religious and I don't know if I would date a woman who was very religious. I wouldn't mind, as long as she wasn't trying to convert me and the people at her church or whatever don't look down upon her for it. To me religion just seems like to much wishful thinking and blind speculation about what happens after we die.
