How to Discourage Flirty Woman from Approaching Me?

I am asking this question because I don't feel comfortable getting approached by a flirty woman. I don't feel comfortable because I see it as a sign she's an attention seeker & incapable of expressing interest directly.

That's not how it works. They are flirting to see if you show any interest, and whether you can hold a conversation.

Then you can expect to be alone. You can't change the world to suit yourself. Flirting is a social skill. Your best chance would be to get to know women through some activity group.
