After hanging out with this girl for the second time after we hugged at the end of the evening as we were letting go of each other she made a kissing sound and since then we haven’t spoken for a week since I last sent her a message and she never responded. Plus I had asked her out again and her response was that her schedule is really busy but thanked me for the invite. So to me it seems she kissed me off, no longer to want to see me.

Was it an air kiss? If she was keen on you I think she would make time that's the better indicator. It might be she had some reluctance, so maybe try checking in a month.

I don't know if it’s another guy because if so then I would have been the plan A given how she was so excited when things first began (triple texts) (happy to be asked out) etc but I said some dumb shit on a walk we had and this is how we ended the day a hug and I heard that air kiss since then we haven’t spoken as I stated.
