Girls, There’s a cute girl working at a small shop I’ve been talking to. I want to ask her out via note, what should I write?

There’s a card shop I go to every week or so, and there’s a new worker there who I like to talk too. We both like Pokémon (it’s mainly a Pokémon card shop) and she is really cute. Seeing as how it’s a small shop with a ton of other shoppers and co-workers, I think it would be best if I hand her a note with my number after she checks out my items. She is a new worker, after all. Thing is, what should I write on that note to ask her out? It could be simple, but I’ve never done this kind of thing before. Is there anything I should say beforehand? Any tips would help!

I agree with some of the guys’ opinions. I think it’s awesome you would like to ask her out with a note. But personally as a girl I love it when guys find a way to ask me face-to-face. It is going to be challenging since it will be hard to find the right opportunity to ask her. But I know you can do it! Maybe you can try to ask her to grab coffee one time to talk about Pokemon. Or to play a round of the card game sometime. If you do feel that giving the note would be the best, go for it! The only tip you need is... never ask a girl out via a note. But the main issue will be that she really has no reason to go out with you. You are attracted to her due to how she looks, but she will not be as attracted to you for those reasons. You need to build attraction first. Thus speaking to her a little is the key. But since you said 'I’ve never done this kind of thing before.' and you are planning on giving her a note, I'm going to assume that you haven't learned about the importance of building attraction, and / or how to do so yet.

Of course, sometimes there are exceptions to the rule and a woman will say yes... then you can build that attraction on the date. But mark my words... if you do it via a note, it will be all over before it has begun.

I hear you. But I have mentioned we have a similar interest in our conversations, and I would like to get to know her more outside of her workplace. Ideally, this would be at a different setting. As I’ve also mentioned, this shop is small. About the size of a couple of bedrooms. There are always customers wanting to look at other cards and other workers doing their jobs. That’s why I thought I note would be appropriate as she is also working. I wouldn’t want to embarrass her. But I’ve never given notes before lol. That’s what I meant by saying ‘I’ve never done this kind of thing before’.

Cards are cute, but get to know the girl face-to-face voice to voice and ask her out that way. That’s what they prefer. You can always send her a card for holidays Later. Buy something else if you keep buying cards she’s probably gonna think that you have a girlfriend long distance relationship you know how women think. But some stationary and get some pens and pencils but don’t keep buying cards because she’s going to think that you’re taken

Maybe tape the note to one of the cards your buying, keep it simple so it doesn't draw attention, just say "would you like to go on a date?" Then put your number below. Seeing as she is working, it's best to let her reply on her own time instead of right then and there.
