Everyone does is to an extent. Why do you think women do it to men. But the EXTENT is the key. Anyone with a shred of self worth only tolerates that for so long. People do it because scarcity drives up demand. But in personal relationships at the end of day having someone you can count on is what matters. And some people are too fucking broke to understand that that is toxic behaviour. You may win a woman that is drawn to that nonsense. But I promise you man at the end of the day the person you won is no prize. This game will likely never end with her.
I've only encountered that with white/western women. Text them good morning and goodnight if you don't want to see them again.
