Do you like an all men/women workplace or mixed?

Benefits of all men is we don't have to censor ourselves nearly as much and no chance of sexual harrassment is a plus

A mix is best I think. Genders are socialized very differently, so tend to have very different perspectives. Diversity is good for business and life.

Tho all women would be tempting, if just for the fantasic idea that nobody would have gross thoughts they need to censor or violent impulses they need to control. Obviously that's not just flat true, but yknow, the idea is very nice. 💝 That u could just focus on work and never worry about ur coworkers sexualizing u for fixing ur hair, eating a snack, or picking up something u dropped. Never worrying about being harassed or assaulted by a coworker when u turn into that one hallway where the cameras don't reach, use the bathroom alone, stay late & ask the wrong person to walk u to ur car, etc.

Sounds amazing. But yknow, men know how to market to men better n shit like that. Unless it's a specifically women brand or company, having at least like one token man on staff would help increase knowledge/experience pool n whatnot. 🤷‍♀️

Diversity is important as the real world is diverse. If sexual harassment is too hard for people to avoid - that’s a huge issue.
