Why is it when I use online dating for casual reasons the guy assumes I want a relationship?

This happened to me a few times , I would be looking to only hookup and the guy is clearly interested in doing that however insist that he doesn’t only want to hookup. It that hard for some guys to believe that I’m not looking for hookups?

Depends on the dating site. You should probably be on one that’s meant for hookups. If you’re on one meant for hookups, blame the ladies that go to hookup sites looking for a relationship and poisoning the pool. Guys get treated like pigs for looking for hookups on a hookup app so they hedge their bets and pretend they would be open to dating the right person.

That’s always been so crazy to me that a woman will pick tinder of all places thinking they gonna find a husband. When it’s a hookup app ain’t no way I’ want to or going to find my husband on there.
