I don’t want to get a STD, don’t want to mess up hormones with birth control due to risks of that and also don’t want a baby. Also would only want a relationship if we saw each other occasionally so I get plenty of space eg can eat and sleep alone do routine things alone even if we live close. What should I do? Agree to monogamy for as long as you're in the relationship.

Have a checkup.

Condoms aren't 100% and most men aren't to be trusted. You also have to worry about a new strain of AIDS that is being ignored by pretty much all of the media that is in relation to the COVID shots. You are better off simply going without it.

Dry humping will lead to full out action eventually. There is a dry-humping guide that discusses the type of clothing to wear but the thinner the layers, the more risk, but as you know, the thicker the layers the less pleasure. I had to laugh when I saw they called it outercourse, never heard that one before...

Not necessarily because the type of guy you are looking for is likely to have extreme self control, not be led by lust or sexual need and will be very good at connecting with you emotionally and sexually. Thus you could find yourself being the one that loses control. But for the average guy, yes he would want full out.
