I wouldn't date aclimate change DENIER as they have buried their heads in the sand and can't see what is slapping them in the face. They are not my kind of people.
I've asked climate deniers (in the past) to point me to where they get their information in order for them to be a denier. They point me to one or another website or article which is run/written by someone who is NOT a climate scientist. Eg, I don't care what Politicians say - I only care what scientists say on the matter. I don't care what Fred the geologist says either (I might listen to what he has to say) I take my advice and get my information from people who are experts on the actual topic being investigated.
When roughly 95% of climate scientests tell me that climate changen is real and they can show me satellite phots of the shrinking glaciers or shrinking north pole ice pack etc - I tend to believ what I am being shown. The climate deniers don;t really have any good rebuttals (that I have been able to find)

-they didn't expect me to be necessarily on their level of engagement

-that our relationship/marriage be as high if not higher priority to their activism

No, because while I think climate change is a problem these activists don't have any real solutions besides taking us back to preindustrial society as in no cars, no power, etc. They disrupt regular working people and attempt to defile priceless works of art while being viciously opposed to actual solutions like nuclear energy or thermal depolymerization. They are smug, self-righteous idiots who do more harm than good and I wouldn't want to associate with those kinds of people. I think it should be legal to run them over if they block the street, like they did when a lady was trying to take her kid to the hospital.

I'd date an ecologist, an engineer, a biologist, an architect, or anyone else actually doing something that solves any sort of environmental problems (provided she is also a gamer and artist and likes all the same stuff as me), but activists are useless whiners who think humans are the problem (despite humans being the only animal that gives a shit about editing the climate).
