I like a dude that takes care of his appearance if that is what you mean. Yeah that's always a bonus. I spend time and effort on my personal appearance so if he does to then great. Now the part that worries me is you say obsessed. That would be a red flag that the guy was obsessed with his own appearance. That tells me a good chance they he is obsessed with himself in other ways too and thinks he is God's gift to the world. Vanity is not an attractive trait.
