Girls do you still like when a guy gives you flowers or you consider that old school?

I would appreciate his thoughtfulness and kindness but I don't actually like flowers by themselves unless it's a funeral or birthday or graduation or somebody is ill and in the hospital, so if a guy wants to give me something I enjoy, I would prefer healthy groceries like tomatoes and kale and corn or a home made healthy sandwich. I know a guy who got his wife an $8.00 home made sandwich as a special gift to her while she was at work.

I love it. My partner sometimes will get me flowers if I’ve had a bad day as a nice surprise and it completely cheers me up! I’m talking about like a £3 bouquet of flowers from the supermarket by the way.

I think giving flowers is lovely. I'd even give flowers to a guy. To me it's something that'll never go out of style, just like holding the door and making food for someone you like.
