Now she moved on either another guy and he's in love with her so do you think that it's justifiable for her to leave her current boyfriend for this guy who rejected her earlier and realised her love?

Is the beautiful in question only from outside or both physical and personality wise?

If it is only the physical beauty then the boy may reject the girl based on her personality factors or signs he thinks maybe red flags.

On the other hand if the girl is both beautiful on looks and her personality is also great and near perfect in every aspect then the man might still reject her but this would be entirely on his understanding or assumption that he may not be able to keep the girl happy in the long run. He may reject her because he might hurt her in some way and thinks she deserves better.
