It's a dating app. Nothing people do on a dating app surprises me anymore.

I do think it's kind of straight to the point and so it comes off as cold probably to you. But you also got to look at it from a guys point of view. Most women will not message guys first. Those that do, 9 out of 10 of them will ghost him. So he's expecting that already.

So try not to take it personal. But you're perfectly within your right to take your ball and go home.
