Should I text my female coworker?

I have a crush on her. She's 23, I'm 29. She is some kind of a secretary and she transfer calls at work for me. We talked in person a few times, but on Teams she once said that I really care about work and that everyone should be like me. She also text plenty of emojis at work. But should I text her outside work? I'm afraid so much, what she would think of me and that it would be awkward at work later. But I find her so nice and attractive. :)

If one of you were getting ready to quit or you rarely encountered each other at work then maybe. But since you work so closely together, that is a risk I would not want to take.
