If a female coworker doesn’t text me outside of work, should I just be cordial when I see her?

Well if she doesn't text/talk to you outside of work then that means she doesn't like you in a romantic way, but yes you still should be nice to her in the work setting of course what you do and how you treat her outside of the work place is up to you.

Oh, if she's talking bad things about people then more reason to avoid her, just be nice towards her and don't trust her. Talk about trivial stuff, nothing personal and don't talk about others.
