honestly, when I would give my phone number to any coworkers, I would usually just give it to them because I assumed they were going to hit me up for some work related issue and it’s always good to have your coworkers numbers just in case but yeah, as soon as they start trying to steer things away from work. If I don’t actually like them it’ll be just kind of off putting & just something I don’t necessarily wanna deal with.

Work relationships are never good cause of things like this. Just talk in person & keep it platonic make her like you back even more by acting like her not texting back had no effect on you
